Welcome to DiYoga Heart + Soul

I have been a respected Yoga Instructor, Psychic Reiki practitioner with empathic and Intuitive abilities, compassionate Dog Walker, and trusted Pet Sitter in the United States and Internationally since 2013. My transformational and holistic teaching approach achieves inner peace and healing through a combination of yoga postures, breath, awareness and intuition. By working through the chakras, together we discover our true and authentic selves and nurture our freedom, power and joy. The path of yoga is endless - it all starts with breath and motion, and expands into a never-ending path of self discovery and growth.

Private Session

The private session allows you to dive deeper Into your yoga practice. The focus Is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you feel empowered and self-aware.

Online Class

The online class offers a break from the stress and speed of life. You work at your own pace with guidance and suggestions. You'll leave feeling centered and renewed.

The Freedom Flow

yoga + sound bath

The Freedom Flow allows you to trust your practice with intuitive guidance. The focus is acceptance and gratitude with emphasis on awareness and body expression.

The Toner

self-care + exercise

The Toner class focuses on a specific yoga practice combined with body toning exercises and drills embedded to build strength and endurance.

In-Person classes at Burgess Park, SE London weather permitting or remotely via Zoom.

General Vinyasa yoga classes run Saturdays from 10-11am on a donation basis payable through PayPal. Contact me below for the Zoom link.
